If not reported, we cannot issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Damages and Issues
We hope every purchase is to your satisfaction, however, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at alittlbitoflovebeauty@gmail.com, and we are happy to make things right. If this results in a refund, you credited amount will be returned to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Online orders that are shipped, and then returned to A Little Bit of Love due to an incorrect or “undeliverable” address, will be issued a full refund for the purchase amount (does not include shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct, and place a new online order.
